Conference Registration Steps
Step 01: Abstract Submission

If presenting a paper, submit your abstract at
https://icncsvit.in/abstract-submission/ - Upon receiving your acceptance email, proceed to Step 02.
- If not presenting a paper, directly move to Step 02.
Step 02: Fee Payment

Pay the registration fee through:
https://eventhubcc.vit.ac.in/EventHub/login - External participants: Click Sign Up, provide your details, and use the credentials sent to your email to log into the External Participant Login.
- VIT participants: Log in using your VTOP credentials.
- Select either ICNCS – Virtual Mode or ICNCS – Physical Mode, then click Search.
- Choose the event → View → Register → Pay Now → Complete the payment process.
- Save your payment receipt sent to your registered email.
Step 03: Registration

Complete your registration form at:
https://icncsvit.in/event-registration/ - That’s it! You are all set to attend the event.
Registration Fee:
Indian & foreign participants have to make the payments according to the mode of participation. The registration link will be provided shortly.
Physical Mode Registration Fee:
Virtual Mode Registration Fee:
*GST is included in the registration fees.
Accommodation:
Accommodation for the participants will be arranged on payment basis inside the campus, on first come first serve basis, if required.
Payment details will be provided later.
Note:
No additional persons are allowed to accompany the registered participant in the hostel.
