Step 1: Participants are requested to register and pay the registration fee, here

Directions to register:

  • Access the page and navigate to ‘Select Club’ > ‘ICNCS – 2024’.
  • In ‘ICNCS – 2024,’ you’ll find two categories: ‘ICNCS – 2024-Online’ and ‘ICNCS – 2024-Offline’.
  • Online participants need to register in ‘ICNSCS – 2024-Online,’ while offline participants should register in ‘ICNCS – 2024-Offline.’
  • It’s crucial for participants to register in their respective category to ensure their participation in the conference.
  • Click on respective category and then choose the ‘Online’ option, which will redirect you to a new login page.
  • Proceed to create a new account on the login page.
  • After successfully creating the account, it will automatically bring you back to the main page. Click ‘Online,’ select the checkbox, and proceed to the next step.
  • Complete the payment process to finalize your registration.

For Foreigners:

Step 1: Participants are requested to pay the registration fee through internet banking to the following account:

Note: Foreigners who are able to pay the registration fee in Indian rupees can proceed with payment here and follow the steps in Directions to register.

Note:

  • The registration fee must be paid in advance.
  • A fee transaction ID must be entered in the registration form, along with the date of the fee transaction.
  • Participants are requested to enter the details in the registration form carefully without mistakes.  The same details will be entered in the  Conference certificate.
  • You will be required to pay the accommodation fee on the spot. It is not necessary to pay the accommodation fee while doing registration
