Paper Submission:

• Participants who are willing to present a paper in ICNCS – 2024 are requested to submit their ABSTRACT in LaTex format to the conference mail-id “icncsvit@gmail.com” with the subject of the email as “Submission of Abstract-ICNCS – 2024“.
• Submit both the .tex and .pdf file.
• The acceptance notification will be intimated to the participants.
• The mode of paper presentation is both offline and online.
• The Latex format of Abstract can be found in the downloads.

• The participants are requested to submit the full length paper corresponding to the submitted abstract will be made through the provided by link.

• The conference’s peer-review committee will evaluate the submissions based on the novelty of the work and presentations.
• The conference’s peer-review committee will recommend further submissions either in a special issue or a book series. This decision will be made by contribution of the work & Scope of the journals and book series.
• Plagiarism of the full paper must be below 20%. Similarity from any single source should be less than 5%.
• For offline participation, three hard copies of your full paper should be submitted during the conference.
• Participants must complete the registration process. Submitted manuscripts without registration will not be considered for presentation.
• During journal submission, authors may adjust the formatting to match the requirements of the specific journal. The current format is only applicable for ICNCS-2024.

Note: At least one author of any accepted abstract must register and present the paper in the conference either in Virtual mode or Physical mode. Otherwise, the paper will not be processed further for publication.
